Merelymothers is turning ONE, and We’ve Got a GIFT for You!

One year ago, on February 1, merelymothers went live and published its first set of posts. Since that time, we’ve grown as a blog, as writers, and as mothers. We’ve seen one mother leave the blog and another arrive. We’ve redesigned, and then redesigned again

We wanted to take a moment to reflect on our amazing success in our first year AND thank you, our readers, for helping us get where we are!

As a small measure of our appreciation to our readers, we wanted to offer you a little gift, something beautiful and practical.

With all this talk of babies around here, we’ve been drooling over some of the amazing typographic birth announcements we see pinned on Pinterest and sold on Etsy. We’ve even seen some tutorials on how to make one of these announcements. But what we haven’t found is a simple template to plug a baby’s information into. So…we’ve created a couple for you to download and personalize, for your own little ones or to use as a gift!

Just click on the two links below to download one of the templates pictured above. Both files can be edited in Microsoft Word (so long as you’re using Office 2010). You can easily change out personal information and edit the colors to your liking. If you love what you see, maybe you’ll even pin this page and share our templates with your Pintereset friends?
